Teams To Battle Out In The Quarter Finals
THE Nadi Football Association has managed to complete its preliminary rounds and are ready to start with the knockout competition in its ATMS sponsored Local League.
According to Nadi FA administrator Salen Kumar they are likely to have the Super Premier quarterfinals played this Sunday at Prince Charles Park.
Nadi is due to host Suva this weekend in the National League.
“If the national league match is not played then we will have our quarterfinals played on Sunday.
“We are yet to set the times for the games and that will be done in due course,” said Kumar.
Early pace setters Southern Cross have bundled out on goal differential as surprise entrant DCA Sports makes the cut.
DCA have the services of national FUTSAL reps in Uraia Loki and Josefata Dugucagi.
Nalovo and Southern Cross represented Nadi in the National Club Championship last year.
Meanwhile, last night (Monday) Nadi Youth defeated Navakai 2-1 to progress to the quarterfinals and hence Navakai losing out.
